What are Bear Paws?

Bear Paws -

Bear Paws Making pulled pork goes along with owning a smoker just like Bear Paws go along with pulling pork. If you’ve ever had to pull more than a single pork roast without help you’ve realized that there has got to be a better way. Bear Paws are it.

Bear Paws work as an extension to your hands to lift, carve or help shred meat. They can make short work of a pork roast and stay cool while doing it. Second only to a good thermometer I would say a pair or two of these should be right at the top of any barbecuer’s must have list. To be honest I’d pick up two – you’re always going to have an extra set of eyes waiting on some tasty BBQ so you might as well put their hands to work too.

You probably won’t find them locally unless you have a great BBQ supply store. So I’d recommend Amazon as the best place to get your paws on these paws.

Using Bear Paws really is as easy as it looks (see the videos on the right). By grabbing the handle with your hand its a more natural motion than if you were using large forks to do the same job. They make quick work of making pulled pork and you can get right down to enjoying your homemade pulled pork sandwiches!
