For baby back ribs try the 2-1-1 ribs method. For the larger spare ribs you should try the 3-2-1 spare ribs method as shown in our BBQ Dictionary. You might also want to try spritzing your ribs.

In the east pig IS bbq. Well in the west we like our steaks and we like our BBQ to follow suit.
If you've never had brisket, I guarantee that you'll love it. I tend to serve brisket for larger
groups and holidays spent with family.
For the start of summer this year we did a photo contest to kick off summer. It was a blast and there were a ton of great recipes and photos shared on Facebook. The Ultimate Stuffed Burger was my contribution and it was an absolute hit! The prizes from the contest were provided by Cholula and this burger definitely showcases that.

Try Rusty's famous Memphis Pork Rub as your go-to for pork.
For beef brisket or beef ribs try my Bullsy Beef Rub.
What about for your more tender beef cuts? Try my Tri-tip Rub also called a Santa Maria Rub.
The Bye Bye Birdie Rub is a rub I originally created for Cornish Game Hens, but is great an any poultry.
Looking for an amazing sauce for your chicken? This sauce has the traditional Molé flavor from Mexico - Molé BBQ Sauce. Or if you're looking for a new twist to that boring Thanksgiving Dinner cranberry sauce you should try making a Cranberry Barbecue Sauce this year.
Most barbecue sauces work well pork. One of my recent favorites is a little sweet and a little spicy. I've called it my Plum Crazy Habanero Barbecue Sauce [NEW!]. This sauce would also be great on moinks, hot wings or just as a dipping sauce.
