A MOINK ball is a bacon-wrapped meatball that is barbecued and then glazed with any number of sauce favorites (usually a raspberry chipotle sauce). The word moink is a a combination of the words MOO + OINK just like this bite-sized appetizer.
These tasty meatball appetizers can be made easily with pre-cooked frozen meatballs, a half slice of bacon and a few shakes of rib rub. Follow the MOINK recipe below for cooking temperatures. Just as they're about finished, dip them in your favorite sauce (warmed up).
