Since we moved to Montana our Utah customers requested that we continue to provide them with our beef. So once a year we bring the cattle to Utah and process them so beef orders are ready to be picked up about mid July. Our beef are 100 percent Grassfed from birth to market. We do not use any hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. We work very hard on our genetics taking into account health, disposition, meat-to-bone ratios and tenderness.
